How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs start at $25 . Event Rentals By Kris does not do a flat fee like most companies in the area. We determine the delivery fee based on your location. 100 miles would be a $400 delivery fee.
What areas do you serve?
Home base is Green Bay, Wisconsin. However, we will travel up to 100 miles. Possibly further if it is a larger booking.
How much time do you need to set up?
The 20ft x 20ft Frame Tent or Glamping Tent takes about 1 hour to set up and anchor down. The 20'x40' Frame Tent takes about 1 1/2 hours to set up.
Can I rent tables, chairs, games, or coolers without renting a tent?
Absolutely! There is a $100 minimum.
Can I pick up the items instead of having them delivered?
Depends on what items. Contact us!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a 25% non refundable deposit.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.
Do your prices include setting up and taking down?
Yes, the set up and take down is built into the tent price. For insurance reasons, we set up all tents! If you have tents, tables, and chairs, we will set up everything. If you just book tables and chairs, those will be delivered to your driveway. Additional fee if we set them up or haul them to the backyard.
Anchoring Tents
You must call Diggers Hotline to have your utilities marked. Our stakes are 24"-42" long depending on the tents. We do have buckets of concrete for anchoring tents on hard surfaces. We DO NOT haul concrete more than 20 feet so we must be able to park close. We will not be hauling concrete buckets into backyards.
